| The San Diego Convention Center Corporation was created by the city of San Diego to market, manage and operate the San Diego Convention Center. A seven-member board of directors, comprised of business and community leaders, appointed by the mayor and city council, as well as two non-voting members representing the Hotel-Motel Association and the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau, provide the leadership and vision for success. The board is responsible for ensuring that the corporation fulfills its mission to generate significant regional economic benefits by attracting national conventions and trade shows to the world-class facility. |
